EVOQ Bio does not own Lipoderma®, does not own any intellectual property rights associated with Lipoderma®, and does not represent itself as the manufacturer, processor, or owner of the product.
All ownership rights, trademarks, product rights, and associated intellectual property related to Lipoderma® remain the exclusive property of BriteCyte, Inc. and its affiliated entities.
2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASERS
Lipoderma® products are available exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals and authorized healthcare facilities permitted to purchase and utilize human tissue products under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By purchasing any product through this Website, the purchaser represents and warrants that:
* They are a licensed healthcare professional or authorized healthcare facility.
* They possess all licenses, permits, and authorizations required by law.

6. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

10. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of human tissue products, biological materials, temperature-sensitive products, and regulated healthcare products, ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be permitted once an order has been processed.
